Having learned of the villainous attempt of the hirelings of the
bourgeoisie on the life of Comrade Lenin, the world's greatest
revolutionary and the tried and tested leader and teacher of the
proletariat, the Military Council of the North Caucasian Military
Area is answering this vile attempt at assassination by instituting
open and systematic mass terror against the bourgeoisie and its agents.
